The structure contains a dome and seems like a pretty eastern castle. The Noor Islamic Cultural Center isolated on a green field with a pool and is simultaneously a grand and welcoming sight. Members of the Cultural Center strive to teach about Islam and welcome all diverse faiths to talk form a unified community.

The structure itself is made of marble and has an extremely square and blocky design with surface elaboration on the outside, and art glass windows.
